Changes to TFI Leap Card accounts

We’ve made changes to our login portal!

From December 2020, email addresses will replace usernames on TFI Leap Card accounts.

If you’re an existing TFI Leap Card Account Holder logging in to your account for the first time since this change was introduced, you will need to use your existing username and password, and then validate your email address in order to be able to make the switch. If you wish you can choose to log in via one of your social media accounts (Facebook and Google) instead

To log in using your existing TFI Leap Card credentials

  • The first time you use the new IDM Login portal you will need to use your existing username and password
  • You will then be asked to confirm the email address associated to your account
  • A code will be sent to that address for verification
  • Make sure you check your junk mail in case you don’t receive the code and ask for a new code to be sent if you don’t receive the email
  • Input the code received and click verify code
  • You will need to accept our terms and conditions before you can proceed with the log in process
  • At this stage you can also opt-in to receive marketing communications. You will have the option of changing this once you are logged in if you choose to.
  • Once your address is verified click continue to be taken to your account overview

Remember:

  • After you use the IDM Login portal for the first time, your email address will replace your old username, so you will need to use your email address the next time you log in
  • If you chose to log in using your credential you must always use your associated email address to log in and won’t be able to use your social media accounts

To log in using one of your social media accounts

  • Click the chosen social media platform from the options
  • You will need to log into your social media account, if not already logged in
  • You will then be asked to verify the social media account you want to use to log in
  • The email address used on your social media account will be auto-completed on the login screen. If this is not the existing email address on your current TFI Leap Card account, and you would like to change it, you have the option to do this once logged in
  • The email address you choose will be the one we’ll use to send any TFI Leap Card communications
  • You will need to accept our terms and conditions before you can proceed with the log in process
  • At this stage you can also opt-in to receive marketing communications. You will have the option of changing this once you are logged in, if you choose to.
  • You will need to link your social media login details to your existing TFI Leap Card account by validating your existing TFI Leap Card username and password
  • If you choose to skip this step, your existing account won’t be linked and you will lose access to your associated cards’ transactions
  • Once you click to proceed you will be taken to your account overview

Remember:

  • If you chose social media log in as your means to log into your TFI Leap Card account you must always continue to use your social media account rather than your email address
  • If you are asked for your password and can’t remember the details, you will need to get in touch with your designated social media account contact center to retrieve the details
  • If you decide to delete your social media account you will also lose access to your TFI Leap Card account
